We know that sometimes, in business, speed is of the essence. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeline but will not sacrifice our high-quality guarantee. Connect with us to discuss your schedule, and we will do our best to accelerate your project. If your deadline is non-negotiable, we offer a premium service with an additional fee to fast-track your project.
Our revision stages use constructive feedback to inform the next round of ideas. We have allocated a set number of revisions for each naming tier, which is required to deliver exceptional names for our clients.

In the unlikely event that a client requires further revisions, we may need additional fees to cover our time. We review this on a case-by-case basis, and we will always be as fair as possible.
We keep our approach to payments simple. Because each tier has different deliverables and timing, our payment terms are as follows:

- The Name Launcher tier requires a full, up-front payment to commence.
- The Name Explorer tier requires a 50% up-front deposit. The balance is payable upon completion.
- The Name Navigator tier has three payment milestones.
